Constructed using materials sourced from the original spring water collection dam, which once served as the lifeblood of Rietrivier farm, this distinctive house offers a blend of heritage and modern comfort.
Access to the rooms is via external stairs, leading to the second floor, with no direct entry from the ground floor.
Situated near a dam featuring a fun-filled slippery slide and trampoline, the Martiens House promises endless entertainment for children and adults alike.
